Mobilize your business.

Liz Eversoll, SoLoMo’s CEO, has never met a golf outing she didn’t like, and can hit a ball like a pro. Shockingly, that’s the least impressive of her talents (but likely her favorite). Liz has spent the last 20 years in the IT industry and has extensive experience as a business owner, IT executive, technology services and reseller executive, and consultant. Her passions are business and using technology to enable business. And though that may sound boring, she throws some glitter on it to jazz it up. We don’t like to brag, but when you’ve got something good, you tell people.

Karen Hitchcock is skilled in more than just optimism and charm. Quick wit and bankable creative ideas are her game. She might embarrass herself for cash (if the price is right), and we’re pretty sure she is moonlighting as an amateur soccer player, but her adventuresome nature is exactly why she is the perfect fit as SoLoMo’s Vice President of Marketing.

Karen Dettinger’s office moniker, whether she likes it or not,  is K-Dett, as she was unlucky enough to be the second Karen in the office. However, the first Karen (above)  is now jealous of this nickname, as K-Dett sounds pretty hip and imbues Dettinger with street cred right out of the gate. Karen Dettinger has some pretty fancy letters after her name, like P H and D in a field few of us knew existed:  industrial engineering and sociotechnical systems design. She’ll be bringing her expertise in business analysis, project management and process design to SoLoMo as our Executive Account Manager.

Ilirijan Residovski is our designated optimist, and doesn’t seem at all like the kind of person that would karate chop your hand to take your candy (we promise he doesn’t steal from kids). He enjoys the Japanese culture, and while he can speak the language, he is almost exclusively an Anime enthusiast. As Professional Services Manager and Project Manager for SoLoMo, he is the sweet talker extraordinaire mixed with a little time/budget management of course.

Randy VanderHeiden is our music lover and reality show hater who gets easily peeved by anyone that can’t sit still. And though his love of Johnny Cash shows his all-American spirit, he still makes a yearly pilgrimage to Canada in search of discovering the perfect bunny hill or maple syrup tree. Randy rocks out in two local Madison bands and is a wakesurfer on the side, and quite frankly that’s just too cool to poke fun at.  Bravo Randy and thank you for bringing your rock star status to SoLoMo as Enterprise Account Executive.

Arlys Nilles hails from the Land of Ahhs (Kansas) where she was found one day wandering in a wheat field. She received her undergraduate degree in education from K-State and her master’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Stout. To get to the really fun stuff, though, she went to Madison Area Technical College in computer programming. Arlys worked in IT in state government for >20 years, and after reading an article about SoLoMo in the newspaper, she kept coming to our office until we agreed to let her work here. She likes working with cool technology and really smart people and SoLoMo has plenty of both. When she is not at work, Arlys likes to sew, travel, and drive fast. She is SoLoMo’s Business Analyst/Executive Account Manager.

Mobile BoyzMobile Boyz have got it all. Brains, brawn (yes, it’s true!), brilliant ideas! They spend their days creating cool UI graphics and then writing some bad-a$$ code to support the latest features and functions for web, native or hybrid applications. We have yet to find a customer project that they can’t rock, so we encourage you to bring your most challenging ideas and watch them work their magic. You can follow The Mobile Boyz’ blog to see what they’re up to. If you’re curious, they can code for any platform (Android, iOS, Windows, etc.) and also have experience writing custom applications to connect enterprise legacy systems to mobile environments.
